Casaert Purifying Mix 20kg
This low-protein mix was created by Maurice Casaert himself around 1990. He would make the blends by hand as follows: 25 kg of corn, 25 kg of Dari, 20 kg of Cardy, 20 kg of Paddy rice, 25 kg of purification, and 5 kg of Katjang Idjoe. For the past ten years, we have been making these mixes for Maurice. Previously, it was a private blend; today, it is sold everywhere. Many people have already adopted Maurice's system.
