In the wild, birds eat a lot of fruits, nectar, flowers, etc. These contain a lot of natural sugars, but birds really need them. If you don't have fresh fruit available, you can offer Back Zoo Nature fruit jars as a tasty snack. Fruit jars contain almost as much sugar as fresh fruit. But fresh fruit is of course healthier! These fruit jars serve as a snack.
