Carored is a red canthaxanthin-based dye for the colouring of red-factor birds such as red canaries, bouvreuils, flamingfiny sizerins, cardinals, flamingos, etc.

MASKE is a red plant-based dye that contains natural extracts. It does not directly colour the feathers but intensifies the existing red colour. Usage: 1 month after birth, every day during moulting and delivery; 10 ml in 1 litre of drinking water or 10 drops in 50 ml of drinking water, otherwise 3 or 4 times a week.

Since feathers are made of dead cells and are therefore not nourished through metabolism, they develop their colour during their formation. The plumage is renewed on average once a year.
