Instructions for use: 

Before the competition: 10 ml – 1 liter of water. 1 day before the accommodation + day of the accommodation.

After the competition: 10 ml – 1 liter of water. Return day + 1 to 2 additional days.

For light competitions: 2 days, for heavy competitions: 3 days. You can't give too much.

The combination of Nano Tollyamin 10ml – 1 liter of water plus Med. Tollyamin Forte 10ml – 1 liter of water is logical and important, because Nano Tollyamin does not contain B vitamins and electrolytes, but only amino acids.
